Questions
Full thread or part thread?
ISO 4017 is threaded to the head (set screw); ISO 4014 has a plain shank. A plain shank is stronger in shear when it passes through the joint.
What spanner size do I need?
Per ISO 4017: M5 takes 8 mm, M6 takes 10 mm and M8 takes 13 mm. Older DIN 933 sizes can differ at M10 and above.
Can you stamp our mark on the head?
Yes. Head marking is formed during heading. Send the mark you need.
