Questions

Plain or serrated flange?

Serrated flanges lock into the surface and resist loosening without a lock washer; plain flanges are used on painted or soft surfaces you don't want marked.

DIN 6921 or ISO 4162?

They differ in hex size for some diameters, which changes the socket you need. Tell us which one your drawings call for.

Where are flange bolts used?

Automotive, solar mounting rails, HVAC brackets and machinery: anywhere a washer would otherwise be added.
