Overview
UVI supplies the retention hardware that keeps assemblies together: internal and external tooth star lock washers, plain and profiled washers, grooved turned washers, and wire-forming retaining clips of the R-clip and hairpin type used to secure pins and shafts.

Tooth lock washers, turned washers and wire-form clips are made to drawing or sample. For clips give pin diameter and wire size.
Parts are checked at each stage with vernier calipers, micrometers and visual inspection. Material and test reports can be arranged on request.

Questions
Internal or external tooth lock washer?
External teeth grip more area and suit larger heads; internal teeth sit under smaller heads and look neater.
How do I size an R-clip?
By the diameter of the pin or shaft it goes through and the cross-hole size. Send both.
